Shipping
We ship throughout Sweden. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses, so delivery times can vary by product.
- Handling time: 1–3 business days
- Delivery time: normally 5–12 business days after the order has shipped. Products from EU warehouses often arrive faster.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has shipped.
- During Black Friday and the Christmas season, delivery times may be slightly longer. Order in good time before Christmas.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. If an order is delayed, we will contact you.
Right of withdrawal – 14 days
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Let us know via our contact page or by email within 14 days that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form.
- The item must be returned within 14 days after you notify us.
- You pay for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
- The item must be in substantially the same condition. If its value has decreased due to handling beyond what is needed to establish its characteristics, we may make a deduction.
- We will refund the amount, including the original standard shipping, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back.
Always contact us before sending a return so that you get the correct return address.
Complaints and warranty
You have a 3-year right to complain under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act for defects that existed when you received the item. Defects that appear within 2 years are presumed to have existed at delivery. Make your complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect (within 2 months is always considered timely).
Please include your order number, a description and a photo/video of the defect. If the complaint is approved, we cover the shipping cost and repair, replace or refund the item.
The right to complain does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect use.
If we cannot reach an agreement, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
